You retain ownership of your User Data. By submitting it to GAN2, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Data solely for the purposes of providing our services.

Upon termination, your access to GAN2 will cease, but certain provisions (including those on intellectual property, liability, and privacy) will survive.


9. Limitation of Liability

GAN2 is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GAN2.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use GAN2 in the 12 months preceding the claim.
